Any experiences involving a medically induced coma?

I was in one for a month due to a major accident a couple years back. At that, my injuries were severe to say the least (they didn't expect me to make it) but lo and behold, I did. I've healed from all of my physical trauma, but the emotional trauma I went through while in that induced coma took a long time to recover from (horrific imagery to say the least). So, is there anyone out there who experienced the same thing, or close to the same thing, as I did? Really needing to read your experiences!!
