Do you agree God is NOT to blame if a child is killed in a natural disaster?

God is not to blame, like you said we have FREE WILL.....we are free to come and go as we please........God could stop all bad things from happening but sometimes He allows them to happen if a greater good can come from it and if we as humans can learn a lesson from it......as for children being killed in natural disasters.......we see it as an awful thing, but maybe God allowed it to bring the children up to heaven with him to avoid a life filled with misery.........??
