Does he like me? please help?

So there's this guy that i like. He is a year older than me but in the same grade at school. We are both in the same homeroom and talk quite a bit, probably one of the guys i talk most to. Sometimes i flirt with him and he flirts back. We went to a party 'together' because you had to go with a partner. He hung around me the whole night by choice, but didnt do anything just talked. A lot of people say that he likes me aswell and some of his friends hint that he does, so do you think he likes me and if he does what should i do or how can i let him know im intrested ?
