I was hearing drum noises downstairs that wernt that at 5 in the morning. Am I going crazy?

I have gotten about 8 hours of sleep in the past two days, and in hearing things that arnt there and my vision is blurry. Am I going crazy, or is it just because im so tired? Please answer. Thanks.
