In terms of social behavior in society, why is china more peaceful in society than in america' society?

cause in america we know better,and in china try and get a refund they won't give it to you so what do you do just shut up and walk away ain't that peaceful in the U.S.A. You don't give me whats my right and there will be problems and lots of screaming!
