Is wortworm a plant that deters garden bugs and worms?

Wormwart (which I think is called Artemesia unless I'm thinking of some other plant) I have heard can keep some animal pests away (like rabbits) because they get a sick stomach when they eat it...don't know if that really is true. You don't want to deter all garden bugs because some..like spiders, bees, ants, ladybugs, erflies are all very beneficial. And you definitely don't want to deter worms because they are very beneficial and enrich your soil. Before you try to get rid of any garden "pest" be sure of what it is and that you really want to get rid of it...then you need to find the solution for that particular pest. Don't use any insecticides that kill all bugs because then you'll kill the good ones too. I suggest watching Gardening by the Yard on HGTV. It's a half hour program and very informative about all kinds of gardening stuff.
