Should we worry about the fiscal cost of trying terror suspects?

I don't believe that cost should be a factor in any defense or prosecution of a crime. The minute that a judge, prosecutor, defense attorney starts in with the mindset of how much it will cost defeats the whole purpose of having a judicial system.
