Tips for teach my son his vowels and phonics (do you know of any websites)?

Definately try www.starfall.com I started my 4 year old daughter playing it a couple of weeks ago and she loves it. She begs me to play it every evening and will spend a couple of hours on it if I'd let her. Only problem is I have to fight her to get her off the computer every night!
