I've been invited to a friend's house Friday for a wine and cheese party. Oh, and by the way, she and another friend will be showing and selling items that they crocheted. I know she tries (unsuccessfully) to sell these items at crafts sales. They're very nice, but way more than I can afford, and I don't need them! I feel like just not showing up. Any suggestions on how to handle these kinds of invitations?
