My Chis won't go potty outside when it's wet, what can I do?

Well after you've just wet the lawn, go outside and just play with them for a little while, get them used to the feeling of the ground being moist, they'll eventually forget about the ground when they're playing, dogs need to run around a bit to get they're digestive systems going, and not long after running around they should go potty. Or take them to any still water like a pond or lake, not the beach as the waves may freak them out. But because they're still pups you have to do it and show them its ok before they'll do it. If you have a male person in your house hold, make him go outside while its raining or just wet, as they're more likely to listen and follow a male around (mans best friend, and males are the dominant ones of the household but not in every situation) Even get they male person to pee outside with them, to show them its ok.
