Wiccans or spell practitioners, could you help me?

Sounds to me like the intent and need are there sweetie, all you need for an effective spell is yourself. I think you could pull it off yourself, just put ALL your energy into what you are doing, focus on the money you need. See yourself paying your rent, buying groceries etc...feel it...and then let yourself have it.
