I am a disabled person that needs help.?

I am looking for a loan company or a grant that can help me. My car broke down and I cant get to my doctors or to buy food for myself. All the lon companys i looked into want me to have a job, so that makes it impossiale to get a loan. Does any one out there know of a goverment grant or loan company that will help me. Please someone help, god bless.
