Did Karl Rove, Scooter Libby, Cheney, Andrew Card of President Bush break any laws?

In patrick Fitzgeralds investigation into the leak of CIA operative Valarie Plame did anyone recently mentioned to be involved by Scott Mccellan break any laws. Please someone who is familiar with the case share with us. Did Karl Rove, Cheney or Andrew Card testify under oath? What other laws besides perjury could have been broken and were they broken?
