If i go to Japan, where are good places for foreigners to go?

Any place tat doesnt have a lot of racist people against foreigners or Filipinos...because I heard Tokyo is a bd place for foreigners to go. Also note that I will be there for about 3 weeks only. I will be going with my friend and my dad. Is there anything we need to know about the teens there?
