Camp woodward or high cascades?

i have been snowboarding for about 7 years now and have been wanting to go to a snowboard camp over the summer. i am still deciding between camp woodward in pa or high cascades in oregon. i have heard different opinions. some say that woodward teaches you more but high cascades is better because it includes snow. my parents say they will fly me out to oregon so thats not a problem and i live in NJ so woodward is not that far. i also want to know about side factors i know woodward has paint ball and a mechanical bull does high cascades have anything to offer. thank you
