When I polish my granddaughter's nails, the polish doesn't stay on once her hands are washed. Why?

Children's bodies are full of oils. Make sure her hands are clean, and rub a cotton swab of rubbing alcohol over the nails to dry out the excess oils on them. The polish should stay on much longer. A base coat, and top coat of clear always help. Hope this tip helps you out!! Have a great day!!
