I started going to gym 3 weeks ago and I do bench pressing with 132 lbs (60 kilos)?
You should increase weight when your current workout becomes easy. Easy here means that you have consistently finished all sets with your weight. Always keep pushing your muscles to fail because that helps build muscle. but to answer your question more directly, when i have bulked up before, I was adding 5 pounds to my workout weight about every 1 and half or 2 weeks, just depends on your body type. If your getting back into shape it goes much faster also. Dont forget to do hit your tricepts, flys and inclines to help out
