Princess Ariel Costume Pattern for Adults?

I recently went to a convention where someone was wearing a Disney Princess Ariel costume. It was the pink dress she wears just shortly after becoming human. I have been trying to find the costume every where! Does anyone know if there is or was a pattern for it, and if so where I can get it? I would appreciate any help!
