Whats the tone to this edgar allan poe poem?

Tone is really how you percieve a poem, and almost anything you say about it is correct if what you say is really how the poems makes you feel. For me, this poem has two tones, first- a tone of sadness, and a sort of realization comes to him, so perhaps you could say depression. Second- happiness, because he's having memories of "good" times. Thats just what I get from it. Hope it helped some :)
